How should yoga clothing be?

NATURAL FABRIC - allows air to pass through, absorbs our sweat. Synthetic fabric, on the other hand, not only fails to allow air through but also does not allow the flow of energy, limiting the expansion of the energy field. I personally opted for a spandex cotton jersey fabric with minimal elasticity. As a yoga teacher, it is crucial for me that the clothing sits well on the body. During my time in India, our teacher used to remove students from the class if they wore loose-fitting clothing. Firstly, loose clothing can be distracting. Secondly, the alignment of the knees, shoulders, and muscles in the asana should be clearly visible. That's why I chose the slogan 'Yoga clothes should fit like a second skin.'

COLOR - In fact, colors can be of any kind.

COMFORT - When exercising, clothing should not hinder movement, attract attention, or cause discomfort. Of course, if thoughts like 'My back is exposed, my leggings are too tight' come to mind during exercise, you cannot focus on the practice.

WHO MADE IT - The points mentioned above are usually the first things that come to mind for everyone, but many tend to overlook this part. You may have heard the saying that every object carries the energy of its creator. It's like not consuming the food prepared by a sick person. The same goes for negative and aggressive individuals. However, on the flip side, as users, we also transfer our energy to the producer. It's a sacred exchange of energy: With whom are we exchanging energy?

When producing 'Kamala Yoga' clothing, we pay attention to every intricate detail. Of course, alongside that, we also value the beauty and elegance of the clothing. What type of clothing do you prefer when practicing yoga?
