Shipping is free within Turkey, and the delivery time for our products is between 4 business days.
For international orders, the shipping cost is your responsibility, and delivery may take 14-15 days, extending up to 30 days during busy periods.
Packages are dispatched from Turkey.
Order tracking is always available. After your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number, and you can track your order from there.
In case your product has not reached you despite being dispatched from our warehouse and the tracking code being sent, if you are unsure of its whereabouts, you need to contact the provided shipping hotline to find out.
As part of our terms of service, you are responsible for your own return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages during return shipment, so we recommend using trackable shipping methods for your returns and, if unsure, purchasing insurance for a product.
